Built on experience

Footprint Ventures' founder has been renovating homes in Greater Victoria since 2008, and has held an HPO builder's licence since 2017. Since then, the work has grown to include custom home building, lifts, heritage renovations, duplexes, and full subdivisions — carried from land acquisition through design and into finished homes on the market.

Every project starts the same way: understand what the client actually wants, then figure out how the site can deliver it. That's the job whether it's a single room or a full subdivision — get it right, not just get it done.
