Our founder
Built on experience
Footprint Ventures was built on hands-on experience, not theory. The company's first renovation project came together in 2009, and its founder has held an HPO builder's licence since 2017. Since then, the work has ranged from single-family renovations to full subdivisions and duplex builds, carried from land acquisition through design and into finished homes on the market. That range shows up in how Footprint approaches every project: understand the site first, coordinate the details, and build something that holds up. Clients get a builder who has done the small jobs and the complicated ones, and treats both with the same care.
